SPAR Field Team Leads
SPAR Group Field Team Leads are primarily responsible for leading the execution of Store Set-Up for New/Relo, Reset/Remodels type projects.

SPAR performs these activities in all classes of trade, from Convenience and Drug to Office Supercenters and Big Box Retailers. Team Leads are the most critical component to our New Store Set and Remodel business. They manage the execution and ensure that deadlines, budgets and customer commitments are met. They also have the opportunity to travel around the country to assist our retail partners in ensuring their locations are ready for business.

Key requirements (full job description available during interview process) include but are not limited to:
  • 3 years in retail with planogram resetting experience a must; fixture installation experience a plus
  • Computer and use of Apps required (must have your own cell phone)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others
  • Ability to work 10 hour shifts

SPAR Store Support Personnel
SPAR Store Support Personnel are primarily responsible for work in retailers that have their own leadership teams on site. The Store Support Personnel function is to provide an in-store labor resource to support stores that are in remodel or category transformation process.

Our Store Support Personnel take direction from the retailer to perform tasks such as resetting a section, move/build store displays, keeping stores free of debris, and stocking sections with merchandise.

Key requirements (full job description available during interview process) include but are not limited to:
  • Ability to work overnight (9PM start time)
  • Ability to work 8 – 10 hour shifts over multiple days
  • Previous merchandising or retail experience required
