SPAR Group Field Team Leads
SPAR Group Field Team Leads are primarily responsible for leading the execution of Store Set-Up for New/Relo, Reset/Remodels type projects.

SPAR performs these activities in all classes of trade, from Convenience and Drug to Office Supercenters and Big Box Retailers. Our Field Service teams perform a wide range of tasks including building store fixtures, setting categories and preparing stores for grand or re-grand openings.

Team Leads are the most critical component to our New Store Set and Remodel business. They manage the execution and ensure that deadlines, budgets and customer commitments are met. They also have the opportunity to travel around the country to assist our retail partners in ensuring their locations are ready for business.

  • Planogram experience is a must; fixture installations experience a plus
  • Team Lead experience is required with a minimum of 3 years experience in retail
  • Proficient in reading floorplans
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Personal cell and valid email address are required
  • Reliable transportation, proof of vehicle insurance and valid driver’s license
  • Road warrior with readiness for extensive national travel
  • Ability to work 10 hour shifts, 6 consecutive days
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and work with team members
  • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum 50 lbs.
  • Practical knowledge of and ability to use basic hand tools necessary for the job
  • Drug and background screening may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
  • Timely project completion while managing a budget
  • Daily status reporting on project progress
  • Open communication between client and SPAR management
  • Creating team spirit with an atmosphere of achievement, enthusiasm and camaraderie
