





William serves as SPAR’s President and interim CEO, leading the company’s overall market performance. A transformative leader, William has a guiding hand in SPAR’s mergers and acquisitions, expansion of strategic capabilities, service offerings, revenue growth and a relentless focus on expanding SPAR’s market leadership across North America.
With more than 15 years of senior leadership experience—and over 25 years in retail—William brings a deep understanding of the global retail and consumer goods landscape. He has successfully delivered shareholder value by leading strategic change, driving operational efficiencies, and growing the top line across different businesses and markets. He has held leadership roles in Tesco in the UK and Ireland, in Sears and Kmart in the US, and Eason & Son Ltd. in Europe. His career has spanned roles in merchandising, operations, category management, vendor relations, inventory optimization, marketing, data management, digital strategy, finance, and M&A.
Before joining SPAR, William served as CEO of Fortfield Capital Group, an advisory and investment firm focused on M&A, restructuring, and value creation for retail and business services clients. Earlier in his career, he led Tesco’s $5 billion+ Beverage, Candy, and Snacks division and served as President of Grocery, Drugstore, and Pharmacy businesses for Kmart, where he drove top-line growth, margin expansion and operational transformation.
William holds an M.A. in Economics from Trinity College, University of Dublin, and is a qualified management accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and three daughters.


Antonio brings extensive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, credit collections, legal, and operations to SPAR. With his industry background in Consumer Goods (FMCG and CPG), Footwear and Apparel, Logistics, Transportation, Shipping, and Professional Services, Antonio has held leadership roles in five countries on two continents. He has expertise in corporate finance, accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and cash management, ERP implementation, corporate restructurings, Mergers & Acquisitions, tax and transfer pricing compliance, risk management, contract management, and inventory management. Antonio is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
Before joining our team, Antonio held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Earth Shoes and Tax Manager EMEA at CEMEX. He's also worked for Chiquita Brands International, PWC, and PLMJ as a Senior Advisor and Tax Attorney, respectively. Antonio's accomplishments include stabilizing company finances, fine-tuning ERP and reporting, implementing significant cost reductions, and building and streamlining departments. He also participated in the turnaround of a multi-billion dollar multinational company from near bankruptcy to steady profitability and has extensive participation in PMI.
When he's not busy crunching numbers, Antonio loves spending time with his wife and two boys, reading, being outdoors, and paddleboarding. We're lucky to have him on our team!


Josh serves as SPAR’s Chief Technology Officer, setting the strategic priorities for technology innovation while overseeing systems, teams, and strategies that align technology with business growth. With over 30 years of IT leadership and advisory experience, Josh is recognized as an entrepreneurial, results-driven leader who transforms IT functions into business-centric, cost-effective teams that deliver measurable business outcomes.
In addition to his role at SPAR, Josh serves as an Operating Partner at NewRoad Capital Partners, an SEC-registered investment firm investing in early-stage software companies catering to large enterprises in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods industry sectors. As an experienced IT practitioner and corporate executive, he performs pre-investment due diligence, provides high-level strategic guidance, and brokers industry contacts for portfolio companies. He also serves as an advisor and board member to multiple technology companies, including FourKites, Optilogic, Tracer, Logiwa, Insite AI, Orderful, UPSTACK, G2 Reverse Logistics, Stylumia, and SmartSense by Digi.
Earlier in his career, Josh spent 18 years as Chief Information Officer at Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. There, he led large-scale IT transformations, integrated enterprise systems post-acquisition, implemented advanced analytics and e-commerce strategies, and oversaw technology organizations of 500+ professionals with budgets approaching $200M. His leadership was instrumental in enabling business growth, driving digital transformation, and scaling operations across thousands of stores.
Josh is also the founder of CIO Advisory Services, LLC, where he has guided Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms through IT strategy, organizational design, and technology investment decisions. His thought leadership has been recognized nationally—he was named CIO of the Year, Strategic Impact by RIS News and CIO of the Year by the Charlotte Business Journal.


Ron has transitioned to serve in an Executive Advisor role working with the leadership team in shaping strategy around clients, growth, culture, and leadership development.
Ron has built a 35-year executive career guiding Fortune 100 companies and private organizations in the retail customer experience space. Focused on transformational growth, business solution strategies, brand and market expansion. Throughout his career Ron has held executive roles in the areas of business development, experience design, strategic growth, marketing, omni-channel deployment, international expansion, and acquisitions. He has a track record of developing solutions from strategy to execution delivering increased customer engagement, trusted relationships, and improved profitability.
Prior to joining SPAR, Ron was an International retail consultant working with organizations in Japan developing customer experience strategies. Previously, he served as the Chief Client Officer at Miller Zell, a leading retail services and print solutions company; responsible for business development, marketing, digital solutions, and project management. Earlier in his career, Ron served as a Vice President with Lowe’s Companies, where he led the deployment of an omni-channel customer experience solution across 2,000+ North American retail store locations. In addition, he had responsibility building an enterprise field project execution model, lead new store openings, and store renovations across US, Canada, and Mexico.
Ron has been published in numerous industry media platforms and has enjoyed the opportunity to provide insights as an International speaker. He currently serves on several industry, academic, and non-profit boards.
When out of the office, he is an avid reader, enjoys golf, a wine enthusiast, and a proud grandfather of 6 terrific children.


Lisa Cona is a strategic Human Resources executive with over two decades of experience driving business success through people-centric leadership. With deep expertise across all facets of Human Resources, she has played a pivotal role in shaping high-performing cultures, optimizing talent strategies, and fostering inclusive workplaces in privately and publicly traded companies.
A results-driven leader, Lisa excels at developing and executing Human Resource strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, elevate employee engagement, and drive sustainable business growth. Todd Bryce joined SPAR, Group Inc. in 2006 as the Senior Vice President of Customer and Retail Operations and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Todd is responsible for National Services, Assembly & Installation, as well as our Distribution and Fulfillment Services.
Todd has over 35 years in the retail services sector, and before joining SPAR Group, Inc., he held a wide range of increasingly responsible managerial positions, including serving as president of MCG Retail in Chalfont, PA; Business Services Executive at RGIS; Midwest division vice president of Merchandising Advantage Plus in Oak Lawn, IL; and various positions over ten years with Acosta Sales & Marketing in Lombard, IL.
Todd shares three grown children with his wife of 35 years, and has one beloved grandchild. When Todd is not working, he enjoys yard work, maintaining the 1.5-acre piece of land he finds therapeutic.


As SPAR’s SVP of Business Development, Sonja spearheads the efforts for growth by crafting and executing strategies to expand markets, boost sales and develop strategic partnerships with clients, both new and existing. In collaboration with Sonja’s business development team, she identifies new opportunities and drives revenue to enhance SPAR’s market position. Additionally, she is responsible for identifying customer analytics, incorporating the latest technologies and trends to ensure the most effective and efficient processes for stellar execution and deployment.
Sonja-Rose has a long track record of excellent client relationships and industry expertise, leveraging insights and data to enable transformation for businesses, providing another opportunity for SPAR clients to grow and prosper. Before joining SPAR, Sonja-Rose was Vice President of U.S. Sales and Business Operations at Grenade USA, LLC, a global health and wellness brand, and Vice President of Partner Strategy and Development at BodyBuilding.com, a leader in e-commerce.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Sonja-Rose is based in beautiful Boise, Idaho, where she enjoys time with her husband and two children. On the weekends, you can find her at various kids' sporting events or hiking in the Boise foothills. She is also an avid tennis player and loves to travel internationally. As huge live music fans, Sonja-Rose, and her husband attend concerts often.


Bob serves as SPAR’s Senior Vice President of the Remodel and Retail Transformation division. His team has responsibility for the execution of remodels, large scale transformations, and new store builds.
This is one of the fastest growing divisions for SPAR over the last number of years, and it is through Bob’s expertise in this space, his leadership, and ability to motivate and guide the team that has contributed significantly to SPAR’s growth.
Prior to Bob joining SPAR in 2001, he was a key member of CVS’s reset and remodel division.
And prior to CVS he spent 12 years with Coca Cola in various leadership and sales positions throughout the US southeast.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bob enjoys engaging in DIY projects around the home. He is passionate about golf, skiing, and traveling to discover the best hiking trails. As a proud father of two sons and a grandfather to three beautiful granddaughters, Bob cherishes every opportunity to create fond memories with his family.


Niana is the General Manager of SPAR Canada. Niana leads and oversees more than 900 employees, 20 large multi-national clients and more than 40 individual brands. In her role, Niana leads all fiscal management, strategy, new business, client experience and Human Resources.
With more than 20 years in retail merchandising and marketing experience, and her undying belief in her team and their potential, Niana has relentlessly kept SPAR Canada at the forefront of business expansion, customer relationships and team productivity. Niana continually drives her team to find new and innovative solutions to offer their client partners. She has proven her ability to drive positive results and process improvement, even during the toughest of economic markets.
Collaboration, growth mindset and goal setting are some of Niana’s hallmark leadership traits that allow her to continually build meaningful and long-standing business relationships with her colleagues, clients, partners and vendors alike.
Although Niana loves the high-energy and fast-paced environment of retail marketing, she also enjoys recharging on the weekends with a good book or on the ski hill in Collingwood, Ontario, with her husband and two children.


Thomas Knight joined SPAR Group Inc. in 2022 as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, overseeing Recruiting and Onboarding across all SPAR divisions. With a strategic focus on workforce planning and talent attraction, he plays a key role in driving the company's staffing initiatives to meet evolving business demands.
With over 20 years in the recruitment and staffing industry—15 of those specializing in the retail service sector—Thomas has a proven track record of building high-performing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to joining SPAR Group Inc., he spent 12 years as Director of Talent Acquisition at a retail solutions organization during its rapid growth phase, where he also managed corporate social media channels. Additionally, he was the founder of Knight Associates, an executive staffing firm.
Thomas’s career journey has also included leadership roles in the financial investment industry, as well as serving as Vice President of Business Development at DMedia, LLC, where he played a pivotal role in corporate branding and e-commerce expansion during the early rise of internet technology. He believes that continued advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and technology will be instrumental in shaping agile staffing solutions for the future.
Outside of work, Thomas has been married for 41 years and is a proud father of two grown children and a grandson. He enjoys spending time with family, embracing the outdoors, and taking the occasional motorcycle ride along the Pacific Coast Highway.


As SPAR’s Vice President of Client Services, Grace Liney leads a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and impactful solutions for SPAR’s clients. She oversees the execution of key initiatives that drive success for both long-standing partners – some of whom have worked with SPAR for over 20 years – as well as new and growing relationships. Her leadership is defined by a deep understanding of client needs, a commitment to operational excellence, and a dedication to delivering measurable results.
Grace’s passion for client services was ignited early in her career as an Advertising Account Manager, where she led a team in developing and executing client strategies. This experience shaped her dedication to building lasting partnerships and continuously improving the client experience.
Her expertise spans account management, strategic planning, and client relationship development. She thrives on leading teams that create innovative solutions, ensuring SPAR’s services continually evolve to meet the dynamic needs of the industry.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys traveling and immersing herself in the local cultures.


Maura serves as Vice President of Strategy & Growth for SPAR Group, Inc., leading strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions. She also oversees U.S. pricing strategy and key client management, ensuring sustainable growth and value-driven solutions for SPAR’s partners.
With a strong background in Customer Relationship Management and Marketing within national service organizations, Maura is a dynamic, results-oriented leader. Prior to joining SPAR, she spent 10 years in Norfolk Southern Corporation’s Marketing Division. She has extensive experience in forecasting and budgeting, yield management, and financial analysis. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing financial performance.
Maura is passionate about mentorship and leadership development, having built and led high-performing teams throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double major in Finance and Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA from Duke University.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Maura serves on the board of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads and the Executive Advisory Board for Virginia Tech’s Center for Business Analytics. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. When she’s not working, you can find her at various sporting events for her kids or enjoying the outdoors in Virginia Beach.
